The location couldn't be better - oceanfront at the foot of the main shopping/restaurant street.
Room either hadn't been occupied for a while or the cleaning standards aren't up to par. There was a layer of dust on the coffee maker and TV screen. A visible handprint was in the middle of the TV screen. Large torn areas on the upholstered chairs.

The room was clean, small, facing the parking lot (never could tell if I was booking a room with a view). Our window faced the outside hallway - was noisy with voices, door slamming shut and no breeze. No air conditioner either.
